What is WIL?

Work integrated learning (WIL) covers a range of approaches and strategies that enable tertiary students to get on-the-job experience related to their studies and enhance their job-readiness. It is usually done within the duration of their course, for credit, and does not include after-graduation employment. Your organisation may know WIL as one of the following:
